Greg Green

Executive Director

Greg Green has been in the 9-1-1 industry for 21 years, 8 of which as Executive Director of the District.  His past 9-1-1 work experience includes GIS, addressing, public education, program planning and administration.

Julie Lyles

Accounts Manager

Julie Lyles started with the Potter-Randall Emergency Communications District in January 2023 but is not that new to the governmental world with 25 years of accounting experience.  She is excited about supporting the financial and human resource needs of the District.  Julie and Jason are found most of the time spending time with family and friends.

Leticia Truex

Public Marketing Coordinator

Leticia Truex began her career with the District in January 2008. She brings passion and dedication to her roles as Texas NENA Panhandle Regional Coordinator and President for the 9-1-1 Educators of Texas. In addition to her professional commitments, Leticia plays an active role in the Texas Public Safety Conference. Outside the office, she enthusiastically participates in community events, balancing her professional life with her responsibilities as a mother, wife, and volunteer coach.

Reymundo Campos, GISC, GISP

GIS/Database Manager

Rey joined the District in 2008 after 13 years working for the City of Amarillo. With a deep understanding of emergency service operations, Rey excels in behind-the-scenes work that ensures seamless emergency service delivery. Collaborating closely with 9-1-1 staff and service providers, Rey is dedicated to resolving issues efficiently and maintaining accurate GIS data, playing a crucial role in the effectiveness of our emergency services.

Casey Mitchell

GIS Analyst

Casey joined the District in January 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience as both a biology teacher and a health inspector for the City of Amarillo. With a passion for public service and a strong background in science and health, she is now excited to embark on a new chapter in her career at Potter Randall 9-1-1. Casey is looking forward to utilizing her skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in emergency services.
